Dr. Dean Trubschenck

Dr. Trubschenck was born and raised in Sacramento, California, where growing up with a father in dentistry first sparked his interest in the profession. After high school, he spent two years as a missionary in Monterrey, Mexico, becoming fluent in Spanish while assisting healthcare professionals with humanitarian care — an experience that cemented his passion for dentistry and serving others.
He earned a B.S. in Microbiology from Brigham Young University before receiving his DDS from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2017. After practicing in Austin, Texas, he relocated to Rhode Island, where he continues advanced training — including specialized study in Spain and Japan — and embraces modern digital dentistry, from digital scanning to 3D printing, to deliver precise, comfortable care.
Outside the office, he enjoys hiking and paddleboarding with his two Shiba Inus, riding motorcycles, playing recreational soccer, and exploring Rhode Island's food and live music scene.
